Looking for help. Just found additional information about my birth. My birthmother was interviewed at the Catherine Booth Home in Cincinnati. I was also told that my birthmother was born 11-18-1944. This is a correction to old information I had been given. If anyone is willing to help in my journey for searching I'd welcome the help. I was born 3-9-1964, in Cincinnati Ohio and adopted in Greenup County Kentucky. My birthmother had an older sister who was married with a two year old boy and my birthmother's younger sibbling was a girl too. There was confusion at first because the younger one has a non-gendered name (according to the Frankfort office). Prior to this correction it was believed that the younger sibbling was a boy. Although the records show that my birthmoter was born in Kentucky, the Frankfort Office could not find her birth certificate. The amended birth certificate states that my mother was born in Indiana. I know for certain that my adoptive mother was born in Ironton, Ohio, not Indiana. So could it be that my birthmother was born in Indiana? ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED!!!
