Has anyone ever requested medical records from Misericordia Hospital? Wondering what the best way to go about it. I think I read a post where someone had a lawyer send a letter. Any information would be much appreciated!

Hi, Are you talking about the Misericordia Hospital in Philadelphia? That's where "they say" I was born. I would be really interested in knowing if you could get Medical records from there. I remember I tried way back when I first began my search. This really old nun answered the phone and told me that they were trying to get all the files off of paper and transferred into a computer so they could get rid of their file storage room. I haven't tried lately but that little old nun talked pretty slow so I doubt she got all the files on disk. Hopefully that was a helpful answer for you.
