DOB 12/15/53 adoptee passed away
My mother passed away 9 March 2005 and I am looking for medical history on her adoption. She was born 15 December 1953 in Shreveport, LA at Schumpert Hospital. Jim and Ima Pitts of Carthage, TX adopted her
