Was Anyone Adopted from the HILLCREST BABYFOLD in Dubuque, IA?
My mom was adopted from the Hillcrest Babyfold in April of 1950 in Dubuque, IA.
My mom and I are searching for any birth family with medical history. Birth Father: JAMES FRAMPTON Birth Mother: SHIRLEY FRAMPTON ~L~

Hi. You might want to check on www.switchboard.com. I searched for James Frampton and there are several in Iowa. That could give you a starting point. I know that there is a Babyfold in Normal, IL also. Were they able to help you at the Babyfold in Iowa? Good luck.
