ISO Friends health hist. girl brn Boston 9/5/68
I have a close friend who is interested in finding her health history, and I am helping out. She was born in Boston on 9/5/1968, supposedly to college students. She was a premature baby, and wasn't taken home to the central Mass area till she was three months old. She has had a good life, and is happy, but with three girls of her own now, and minor health issues, she would like to know if there is anything she should be concerned about. I will be the go-between for now.
