Adoptive family of a male adoptee from a Romanian orphanage was told this little guy, who is now 6, has a full male sibling who was adopted by a Massachusetts family. The second adoptee is about 1.5 to 3 years older than the first adoptee. Adoptive mom thinks it is important for the two families to have contact for the sake of the kids. The searching adoptive family is a physically and emotionally healthy, financially stable family who just wish some contact. The birth parents in Romania reportedly had four other children who were not relinquished. Ring any bells????? Many thanks.

Who told you this? Was it the agency that facilitated your boy's adoption? Why couldn't they give you more information or serve as a confidential intermediary with the other family to see how they would feel about contact?
