Anyone interested in a "get together"???
Hi.. we live in Anne Arundel county and have recently adopted our son.. we would love to know if anyone else in the area would like to perhaps get together sometime? We are happy to also answer any questions anyone might have who is still in the process.. (we did a domestic newborn adoption - across state lines (using ICPC)).

Great idea Mandy! We are still very much in the "waiting" phase, but would love to talk with other couples that are in our have been through the process. My DH frequently relys on me to find out all the info and share with him so I would love to meet in a forum that he could ask questions etc. (even though he is painfully shy!). We are in Ellicott City (we use to live in Crofton) so not that far. Keep us posted!

Congrats. We are in Cumberland, MD. We adopted in 2001 from Utah. We are trying again. We had one failed attempt and are waiting to hear about a match from the agency. I am praying for a little girl to be ours soon. TOni
