Living in MD adopting from PA??
Hello all.. we have been asked to consider a possible situation where a baby will be born in PA. We live in Maryland.. have any of you adopted from PA that might know the specifics on that state and the curent laws with consent and revocation? Also, which states laws you used for these times?
We knew living in MD that there was a 30 day revocation period and that scares (we had hoped to be able to finalize in another state).. but now it looks like PA has even worse laws (revocation 2 to 4 months later????). Any help would be great. Mandy
