ISO birth father Richard Carroll, Aberdeen Maryland
I am looking for my birth farther. Richard Carroll, last known address was Aberdeen, Maryland. He meet my mother Gladys Martell in 1969 and I was born in April 1970 in Clearfield, PA. I was adopted by her first husband Walt Tindall then adopted again by her sister and brother in law in 1972.
