Maryland Search and Support group
Hi,
I just wanted to pass info on a Maryland search and support group. It is a support and education group for birthparents and adoptees. The meetings are small in number with ample time for each attendee to give and receive meaningful support. Meetings are usually held every other month from 2:00 until 5:30 pm on the third or fourth Sunday, depending on the holiday calendar. Newcomers are always welcome. adoptee reunited WITHOUT state, court, judge, agency, or amom approval. Woohoo! I have my OBC!! pfffffffft! I missed her, I missed my siblings, I missed the connection, the identity, the ethnic background, the medical history..... I lost something very important in my life for 40 plus years. I am thankful to finally have all that back

I always thought CUB was for birthparents only. Thank you for posting this info -- I am looking for a support group near me.
