Looking for Info on Birthmother Rose Marie Jackson
My name is Rosa Pittman, and I was adopted in 1980 from St. Anne's in Hyattsville, MD. I was born Rose Anne Jackson on August 6, 1975 in Washington, DC to Rose Marie Jackson, aged 24 at the time of my birth. She was born in the state of Georgia, (I don't know where) and had one older child according to the copy of my birth certificate. According to the stories I've heard, she was unable to take care of me due to addiction, and left me with a neighbor who was forced for some reason to give me up to DC social services. Well, that's all for now. I'm glad to have found this site, and hope that someone mya be able to help, or guide me to ways to conduct my search. Thanks.
