Still searching-F 1/2/44 Baltimore, MD

I am looking for any members of my mother's birth family. She is deceased. She tried looking for her family in the past, but gave up. Now it's up to me and I need information on medical history and ancestry. Her adopted name was Janice Bernstein. Born on January 2, 1944 at Doctor's Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. I would like to meet any members of the family if possible. I am her daughter.

Thank you.

Maryland:

Year Records Closed: 1948 (Most adoption records are open and available from the state archives, if the case was finalized before July 1, 1947)
Records Availability: By court order only, after June 1, 1947. By contacting the circuit court pre-1947, unless sealed by the parties involved. CI system, access to OBC with identifying info removed.

I have my OBC!! pfffffffft!
I missed her, I missed my siblings, I missed the connection, the identity, the ethnic background, the medical history..... I lost something very important in my life for 40 plus years. I am thankful to finally have all that back

The only other thing I know is that she wasn't born Jewish, but raised Orthodox.
