Job Description

Long term players needed for challenging permanent work in a chaotic environment. Candidates must possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be willing to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities include strong skills in negotiating, conflict resolution and life management. Must be able to think outside of the box, but remember to keep it in case it's needed for school projects and wrapping birthday presents. Must reconcile cash disbursements and be proficient in budgeting. Must drive motor vehicles under adverse conditions, choose your battles and stick to your guns. Must withstand criticism such as 'You don't know anything!'

Willingness to:
be hated until someone needs $5 for social engagements,
bit tongue repeatedly,
possess physical stamina,
face stimulating technical challenges (stuck zippers, small gadget repair),
screen phone calls, maintain calendars, coordinate multiple homework assignments,
plan and organize social gatherings for clients of all ages,
be indispensible one minute and an embarrassment the next,
handle assembly and product safety of toys and battery operated devices,
hope for the best and be prepared for the worst.

Advancement - virtually none.

Previous experience - none required, on-the-job training on a continually exhausting basis.

Wages and compensation - reverse compensation, you pay them, fund college expenses and help them become financially independent.

Benefits - no health or dental insurance, no pension, no tuition reimbursement, no paid holidays or stock options.

however ...

The job supplies limitless opportunities for personal growth and lots of hugs, if you play your cards right!
