Seekin half brother DOB 2-1955 Col Ohio

I am searching for my half brother born in Feb 1955 Columbus Ohio at The Florence Critton House. He was given the name Doyle Wayne Burton at birth. His mother Shirley (Burton) Osborne was 19 at the time. Also could of had the Surname Fisher in there somewhere. Anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated.
