Advice needed to find birth family in Argentina

Dear All, I am trying to trace my birth parents who are living in Argentina. I was born there in May-1973. Has anyone had any experience or advice on where to start ? I've tried adoption.com to no avail, as I have no names and the adoption took place outside of the US. Any help or advice would be welcome.
