Searching for birth mother
I was born in Midland Michigan 01-01-1983. I'm looking for my birth mother.

You need to start by registering your search on free databases and download and fill in and mail one to ISSR. This webiste has one.
Start by finding out the laws for Michigan and requesting any info from the states/courts that is available to you. Find out if there is a registry through the state to register in. Check out the other areas on this site for info on how to search and avoid the pitfulls which include subtle or not so subtle changes to your information, dates places etc. Always remember to state female or male...
