ISO Birthmother F DOB 7/25/75 Port Jeff, NY
I was born 7/25/75 at 5:20pm supposedly from a "supervised home birth" in Port Jefferson, NY .

I had red hair and blue eyes at birth (later changed to blonde hair/green eyes) and I'm short in stature, only 5'4. My adoption was finalized through the Surrogates Court of Nassau County on 10/26/1976. I believe my adoption took place through Nassau County Dept of Social Services.

My birthname may have been Katherine or Catherine. I was 3 months old at time of adoption. Parents were supposedly 16/17 years old.

Been looking for 10 years, I'm registered just about everywhere with no luck. I just sent in for my Non Id.

We have the same birthday but I was born in 1984...I'm also from NY, but the Syracuse area.

Have you sent for non-ID from the hospital where you were born, the agency [or organization] that placed you AND the state?

I'm considering petitioning the court in my area for the release of my records...I have all non-ID info.
