1969 Chicago - Looking for Birth Mother or Father

Hi,

I recently turned 39. I'm searching for my birth mother or father. According to my birth certificate, I was born March 15, 1969 in Cook County Hospital.

I believe my mother was a Graduate Student at the University of Illinois. I know nothing about my birth father.

I am looking for any information. Also want to know my medical history.
