Male born 8/20/1958 Elmhurst, IL looking for Birth Parents
I am a male that was adopted in Elmhurst, Illinois and birth date shows 8/20/1958 in DuPage County. All I know is the birth certificate was signed by C.G. Camero on the 22nd. of August from Franklin Park, IlL. and was filed on the 25th. of August by a doctor Charles A. Lang M.D.
The adoption occured through the Elmhurst Hospital. Any info or help would be appreciated!
