what helped...
Hi,
I am in reunion with my b-father for three months now. Its such an emotional rollercoaster, but many of you guys know that already!!! What helped me during the last few months is everybody on this site! knowing their are prople on here that i can just ask for advice is amazing. Everybody is so supportive - thankyou - you know who you are! Something else that helped is reading the "stages of reunion" that is on this site, it really made me think about what stage i am - (still on honeymoon for me, pulling back for my b-dad) and also made the feelings i was experiencing normal. I know that I and a lot of us, have a long way to go in our journey's, and I look forward to us all being there for each other. Ellie x

I have been in reunion with my birthmom my birthdad for 5 years now as well as half siblings mom comes from a family of 11. lots to take in still. I need to get ready for work so gotta go I love this site so far I'm new to it but feel supported all ready. Feodesk.
