looking for male born 1971

I am helping my husband find his Brother. He was born at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor Maine. His DOB would be june 12th 1971. His birth parents were young and talked into giving him up. He has a brother and a sister. Also a niece and nephew he has never met. My husband desperately wants to know his brother. I want to help him!!
