11-5-67 rumford maine girl bernise velush

lookin for my birth mother and father was born in rumford hospital and giving up to adoption on nov 5 1967 the last name of the mother is velush or it could be the fathers not sure. this is a family emergency must warn siblings. please contact cassdwin@adelphia.net the name on my birth certificate is bernise velush. if anybody has any info about this family please contact me my phone is 2077833282
