ST. ANDRES 01/19/80 Looking for Birthmom!

I was adopted from St. Andres. All i know is my ** was around 22 and BF around 23. Mom had several brothers and sisters and wrote me a letter "My Baby...You will always be my baby" I would LOVE if someone could tell me how to look. I don't have alot of money to search..
