I had a child in Houston, Texas somewhere between 1979 and 1981 who was placed with Lutheran Services for adoption. I cannot remember the date of birth nor the hospital where the child was born. It was a very traumatic experience for me and I have blocked it from my memory. I do know the child was born prematurely, but I do not know if it was a male or female. I don't remember being asked if I wanted a copy of the original birth certificate nor do I remember the name of the doctor who delivered the child. I did not have any pre-natal care because I was too embarrassed to have conceived my second out-of-wedlock child. At the time the child was placed for adoption, my last name was Neely. If there is anyone out there who may identify with this sketchy scenario and who may be looking for his/her birthmother, I may have answers. I would really like to make contact, if possible. You have 2 sisters and a brother and lots of nieces & nephews.
