I've received my non-id info about 10 years ago and it said my mother was hispanic/spanish and my father was mexican. It said my mother was 18 at the time of my birth and my father was 20. I don't know how true that info is because I've got blonde hair and blue eyes and the non-id said they were both dark skinned and had brown hair and eyes.

I've asked for another copy of my non-id info in Jan. so I'm just waiting to get that back, but like I said, something doesn't seem to add up. Other then that the only thing I know is I was adopted as new born.
