WF (7/24/64) ISO Birthmom

The Final decree was signed Nov. 3rd, 1965 by Judge Leo Blessing. Birth mother’s middle name was called “unusual”. Bmom was looking in June 1995! Adoptive parents were Catherine and Angelo Viviano, and my new name was changed to Patsy Ann Viviano.
