Father ISO Daughter DOB Summer of 86 Bapt Hps N.O.
I am searching for my daughter that was born in the summer of 86 at Baptist Hopsital in New Orleans. My name is Mark Herrington. My daughter was given to a family that resembled us. I am 5'9 blonde hair blue eyes and about 180 lbs. The birthmom was about 5'9 also with blonde hair and brown eyes and about 110 lbs. I think the adoptive father was a phyisian and she was a teacher. They were Catholic and Catholic Charities was the agency. The Birthmother was in a maternity home on, I believe on St. Charles.
Always in my thoughts. I love you forever and always. Mark Herrington |

Mark, I hope you found your daughter. My adoptive daughter was born June 29, 1986 at Baptist Hospital in New Orleans. However, she was adopted through Volunteers of America. The rest of the info you mentioned did not match. The reason I am writing is to see if you have any search hints for me. Best of luck in your search.

In 1973 the maternity home on St Charles was Volunteers of America. It was on the corner of Peniston and St Charles. Could you possibly have the wrong adoption agency. I placed my birth daughter through VOA in December 1973. Good luck in your search.

Disappointed with the lack apparent searchers and information regarding the Protestant Home for Babies I decided to start my own website. I hope to bring the Protestant Home for Babies group to one place!
Please visit my website- http://www.protestanthomeforbabies.com/ Thanks Beth |
