12/05-told there's 'trouble' with bmom-don't even send gifts
5/06-recd call that bmom wants to reclaim;case goes back to court
agency WITHDREW US W/OUT OUR PERMISSION They say adoption will "never happen"
3/07-recd call that he is finally avail (again); courts ruled against bmom; but another family is paper-ready & waiting...

2/15/08-didn't make it-WHY?
8/6/08-begged agency for atty to establish our case w/new CNA
8/13/08-agency says 'not likely' b/c we didn't VISIT!

I just found this today. I am here in KY. I'm in process in Guatemala. We have been in PGN almost 2 weeks.
