My nephew wants us to adopt his son. The child lives in AZ with his dad. We live in OH. How does an adoption of this sort take place? We have always adopted through agencies; and we do have a current homestudy (as we just finalized our last two in January) but don;t even know where to START on a "family" adoption of this nature. Please HELP! Thanks
