Is this a domestic adoption or not?
We've been presented with a potential match, but we're wondering if it'll be full of legal hurdles. The bmom is from Singapore, the bf (unknown) is Australian. If the bmom comes to the US and delivers her baby here, in our state, would we be bound by any international laws (based on the baby's bparents citizenships) while finalizing the adoption?
