Can anybody help me with this situation?

Since May of 2003, DCFS has ordered that no children be referraled to my foster care agency for new placements because the state is pursuing legal action in court against the foster care agency for questioned cost doing an audit in 1998-1999. The state is saiding that the foster care agency misspent money, and is trying to recover a half million dollors that is said to be owed to the state of O.

I am trying to figure out how this would effect me as a foster parent with this agency? Should I transfer to another agency? or stay with for now? The foster care agency is not giving any information to it's families. When I take my son to therapy every tuesday, There is very little staff present in the office, so it makes me wonder what's really going on with this agency. Is the state of O going to close the agency down?

Does anyone have any expertise in this area when the agency does NOT have a good reputation with the State?
