Does LDSFS do designated adoptions???

DH and I did not go through LDSFS because they didn't really have the type of child we were looking for. Since we are both Hispanic, we were told to try DHS. So we did and are currently waiting for the homestudy to be finished. CW is doing her report. In the mean time, we have had so many situations come up where birthmom are looking to place. We need an agency to go through, but not use to find a birthmom. What do you think?

I don't know about LDFS, but most agencies will do"pre-arranged" adoptions. They just do the paper work and it is much cheaper, you don't have to pay the finders fee.
