I don't know what my problem is today. I guess I am depressed, I just want a baby so bad and feel like I am trying so hard but going no where. Our finances are out of wack, and I just needed to vent about a few things. Thanks everyone. Ash

I know the heartached of wanting a baby. I have an adopted son who is 12 years old. He was almost 9 years old when we got him. The ache for a baby really never completely goes away. I love my son more than anything. Just times I would love to know what it would feel like to have a baby. Or would have loved to have had him as a baby, to see what he was like then. Hang in there!

Hi Ashley,

Best of luck to you in your adoption process.
The wait is sooo hard. I went all out during the wait for our first daughter putting together a nursery and collecting 'generic' baby clothes. This helped me to know that eventually it would happen and I could feel more like I was 'expecting' a child.

I am also from Utah. What agency are you using?
