08.06.82 California Adoptee
I was born August 6, 1982 in San Diego, CA. The attending physician was Dr. Stephen E. Lamb. I was born at UCSD Med. Ctr. I was adopted into an LDS family through LDS Social Services. I am in search of my birth family.
I have two names that I have been given that may be the last names of my bparents - Caldwell/Curtis. I do believe that my birth parents were LDS and my birth father was married at the time of my birth. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Tiffany tiffe22@yahoo.com
