Ok, so just wanted to post that I have found my son through this site. My son's adoptive aunt (also an adoptee) posted her info, and those of the rest of the adoptees in the family on this site and forgot about it. A wonderful person (Deb, whom I will be forever indebted to!) who knew how to actually look at the reunion site (I did not, I kept putting in the birthdate and sex, apparently, you just need to put in the date and you will see more hits!) contacted me and told me to look at the posting, it was just to close of a circumstance to not be a match. She acted as an intermeddiary for me, I was too nervous. The aunt was so thrilled and they exchanged info and she called me! I have not talked to my birthson yet, but have lots of info about him and it is so hard not to just jump on a plane and go look at him! Bottom line, THIS SITE WORKS. You can find your birth child even if they were placed by LDS SS! Please enter information in as much detail as possible, it helps, even one sentence can make everything click!!!!
