ISO Bparents, my DOB 2/11/83, a-day 7/15/83
I was 5 lbs 14 oz at birth. Blonde with Blue/Grey eyes. Had a large red spot on forehead between eyebrows and a heart murmur.
Mother was 5' 0"-5' 2" with wavy/curly light brown hair and freckles. Was 2nd oldest of 7 children. She was 16-17 at the time of my birth. Father was 6' 3"-6' 5" with brown hair, hazel eyes, and an olive complexion. He was 22 at time of my birth. I was adopted through Catholic Charities in Champaign, IL, but one of the birthfamilies may have been LDS  . May have been born at home or elsewhere and then taken to Burnham Hospital. Relinquishment papers signed on 2/14/83. Placed with adoptive family on 7/15/83.
