Hi,
I came across your post and seeing that you were born in GA through LDSFS, I have some good advice for you. Georgia has a law that says adoption agencies have to do a search for either birthparents or adoptees and let them know the interested party wants contact. If they want contact too, then identifying information can be exchanged. If not, you can at least ask some questions concerning your bparents and get some answers. It only costed me $70.00!!!!!!!
