BORN IN SPOKANE WA - I HAVE IMPORTANT MEDICAL INFORMATION TO SHARE, WOULD LIKE CHANCE TO MEET YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. I DO HAVE NON-ID INFO THAT I REC'D THROUGH LDS SOCIAL SERVICES, HAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR A LONG TIME. DON'T KNOW WHERE TO GO FROM HERE OTHER THAN TO THE COURTS TO GET RECORDS UNSEALED.

ANY HELP OR INFO ON WHAT TO DO NOW WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
