Searching for birthparents born 11/5/81

I was born 11/5/81 in Fullerton CA. My adoption was handled by LDS SOcial Services. My birth mother was 15 years old when I was born and her father served on the bishopric of her ward. I have non-identifying information about my birthparents but have been unsuccessful at unsealing my adoption records. Anyone with any information would be helpful.
