I found some information
I found out more information can any one help me.
I am looking for a young lady born 3-23-1980 in Logan, utah. She was loved by me her birth mom so much. I gave her a chance at a wonderful life.her Code name was Racheal she was born at 6:00 a.m. she weighed 6lbs and 11oz I think that is what they said. she was adopted by a wonderful family and they love her so much. the papers were signed on march 24,1980. Thank you
