independent adoption

We spent 2 weeks this summer working in the Ventspils area with orphans from 2 local orphanages. We were told there were very few infants for adoption but plenty of older kids. Our contacts that are helping us in country are staying with us at this time and I would like to compare what they are telling us with others experiences.
