There are over 500 foreigners in line to adopt. There are some referrals but you have to go there and hand in your papers in person. We have an attorney who is very helpful. This is an independent adoption. It does work but it is a slow process. If you are interested, I can give you the name and email to our attorney. My email address is annavd_@hotmail.com
