adoption agency help!!!

I am starting to feel overwhelmed. We have narrowed things down to Kaz, Kyrg, or Russia . Now picking an agency is another whole ordeal .

What agency did you use? Ultimately what was the deciding factor(s) for you? Any agencies you would warn folks to stay away from?
