Need help with finding a agency to adopt from Kyrg? We're not new to Inter adoption. The agency we used last two times to adopt from Kaz does have a program in Kyrg. Any help would be great.

I was just going to post some websites and a little strictly objective information on the agencies that I researched....but the agency notice at the top of the forum scared me! Email me if you would like my brief synopsis of the agencies i looked at in october when I started the process! Good luck

I think we found an agency that we would like to work with, but were told that Inter adoption is on hold in Kyrg due to Jan elections in Kyrg.

We are thinking of starting an Uzbeki adoption, but a friend told me to check out the Kryg program too.
I have a few general questions for you all:
Do both parents need to be american citizens?
What agencies do you rec?
Are referrals coming out fromn there now?
