My Kyrgyzstan baby!
Here are some pictures of my daughter who was adopted from an orphanage outside Bishkek. She is 11 1/2 months old and we have been home 8 weeks. She is wonderful, healthy, smart and beautiful (a little chubby now, thanks to Mom's mashed potatoes!)

Tough at first (the first two weeks) but better and better every week, and now everything is great!

Hi Melanie- Bella has surely grown- she's just adorable...
I'm new to the group- Melanie & I used the same agency & travelled within a couple weeks- our daughters were in the same orphanage group & even shared a crib- they were pretty spoiled with the caregivers from what we learned... Our daughter Riannon turned one last week and we've been home almost 3 months now..... anything I can add to all those questions out there- I'll try my best... we had a wonderful experience- filled with so many emotions, but all worth it... Patience is definitely a must have during the process... Riannon is getting chunkier everyday.. she's crawling and takes steps when you hold her hands.. She's got 2 teeth & 2 coming in, sleeps through the night, and is really just a happy baby- we are so blessed! Love, Jenn
