We have learned recently that our agency anticipates wait times (from submission of paperwork to Korea until referral) to go up by several months. This was not unexpected, but I'm wondering what other people are experiencing. Are you also being told wait times are going up by a few months? thanks.

if i remember correctly, we're using the same agency... (edited for agency discussion). originally (last month) we were told start to finish to expect the whole process to take 17-18 months... well, that's increased. they just told us the wait for a referral has increased to 9 months and also, our slot to send our home study to korea is not until MAY. so even though we'll have our home study complete in a couple months, we have to hang on to everything and just sit and wait until may. i'm pretty bummed about that. we thought we'd be sending our HS off by New Year's. guess not! do you know when your slot is to send your HS over or have you already sent yours?
