a few questions about Korean adoption

Well, after much discussion, we have finally decided to adopt from Korea.

My husband I are are working hard to get all the paperwork together for our homestudy. We have our interviews this weekend and our SW says that she will have it all typed up by the following week. We are super excited.
I have a few questions. First, is anyone using AIAA in MI? We just sent off our pre-application this week. How long does it generally take to get approved by them?

Second, How long is the referral wait time?

I hope to find group of people to chat with during this process. I need to stay same during the long wait.

I don't have any info on your agency, but just wanted to say welcome.

That agency was not accepting new cases when we began searching for an agency in Michigan. However, I have heard good things about them. We are using Family Adoption Consultants.

Homestudy complete - 7/13/08
I-600A - 9/24/08
Referral - 3/6/09
