Hi all. My husband and I adopted our son (4 years old) and our daughter (almost 2 years old) from S. Korea. We currently live just outside of Milwaukee WI. I have found that our friendships with other international adoptive families have been very important to our family. We just found out that we will be moving to Madison, WI and I am trying to find some connections. Is anyone here from Madison?

My husband and I live in Fitchburg. We also have a daughter from S Korea. She will be 2 on Jan 26. It would be nice to know others who have also adopted from Korea. Have you moved to Madison yet?

We have not yet moved to the madison area...still waiting for our house to sell. I am very interested in meeting up with you when we do move though. We are pretty sure we will be settling in Cottage grove. Our daughters are almost the same age, how fun!!!!!

Hi julie & Wendy,
I am also Julie, and my daughter is 9-1/2. So maybe in a few years she could babysit for your little girls! We've been drafting a letter to Sabrina's birthmom that we are going to send to our adoption agency (Americans for Intl Aid & Adoption). Sabrina came to the US when she was 5 months old. We are adopting again, this time from Ethiopia. Maybe I will see you at a Korean adoption function. We used to go to them, and will probably get started again. Take care.
