We have a daughter!
It's a girl!Our family requested a match with a beautiful 5 month old baby girl, a Waiting Child, but we weren't sure we'd be lucky enough to be matched. Fate was apparently on our side! When I got the call today, I was surprisingly calm--all the butterflies that I felt while waiting for the decision to be made went away immediately. Wow! We have another baby!
 This process is a little different than waiting for the conventional referral. Since we chose our baby, our referral will be sent to us in the next few days, and then the 3-6 month wait for travel begins!  Amy

WHFC is saying 3-6 months for travel. I think most kids are coming between 3-5. I am so excited to meet this little girl!
