ESWS, SWS, HOLT, KSS? What and which one are you using

ESWS, SWS, HOLT, KSS? What and which one are you using? I am trying to research to make sure we go with the right agency, but I am confused by these terms. I understand that they are different agencies but how so, which is working out better right now, why did you choose a certain one. Fill free to pm me, I don't want to break any rules.
Julie

All 4 of these agencies are the Korean counterpart to our American adoption agencies. You don't choose which agency to work with, your American agency will already be working with one of them. They are all reputable, although they vary in size and are regulated by the Korean government. KSS is the smallest, I believe, and Holt is the largest. Neither of these 2 agencies have weight restrictions for potential adoptive parents, but the other 2 do require a certain weight. (You can find the weight chart on the link I placed on your other thread.) Estimated wait times for referral and numbers of referrals per year may differ from agency to agency, so check with the US agencies you are considering regarding this.

Personally, I was more concerned with finding the right American agency that has a strong relationship with their assigned agency in Korea. If you have the right adoption agency for you here in the states, the rest will fall into place.
Best,
Amy

I believe there is only one KSS agency and you can only use them if you live in OH or MI.
